strange passive host behaviour

Hi all
I have 2 HG, both with active and passive hosts.
They use same templates and same parameters.
First HG behaviour is OK : in the panel we have active and passive hosts

on it) , but If you go inside the passive host 192.xxx.xxx.4 you see:

ENABLED
Event Handler:
DISABLED
Flap Detection:
DISABLED
I can’t udersand why and how to solve this
.
