Upgrading to 3.5 & Fixing Histograms/Status Maps

Running Nagios 3.2 for a while but never got the histogram & statusmaps configured, get the 404 error as none of the cfg files are there.  Since I want to upgrade to 3.5, once I have all my libraries installed, and do the upgrade will the needed cfg files install or do I still have to run the following after I upgrade to 3.5 :

  make devclean

./configure --with-gd-lib=LIBDIR --with-gd-inc=INCDIR
