Not sure if this is the right place to report this.
On the following page:

Under the Notes: section
- MRTG stands for the Multi Router Traffic Grapher. It can be downloaded from
http://ee-staff.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/mrtg.html
The link does not work, I get a 404 Not Found error.
