This seems that you've added a new service to your host. And no next schedule seems to be setted.
<BR>
To solve this, I select the host where service is PENDING, and then ask to schedule an immediate check of all services on this hosts. You'll find it into the hosts Commands.

After that the service will be checked.

This is not may be the GOOD way, but it works and few times after, the service is checked.
