First thing to check. Stop nagios and make sure that all nagios processes
have been stopped. It almost sounds like you have multiple daemon's running,
so you are getting mixed information from the CGI's.<br>

I’ve installed a distributed environment.. 2 distributed servers polling a
variety of clients with 1 central server. Everything is received passively
by the central server. Seems to be working now as I fine tune it, but for
some reason a couple of the servers are flagged RED, even though all their
services are GREEN under “service detail” view.<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p>

Under “host detail”, some have a status of “down” with status information
“CRITICAL – plugin timed out after 10 seconds”… some have a status of “UNREACHABLE”
