Sure, Just create 2 contacts, one called day with e-mail alerts, and notifications set for day time hours, and a second contact call night with pager alerts and notifications set to night time hours. Create 2 new contact groups, production and after-hours, add each user to the correct group. In the services.cfg for contact_groups put production,after-hours.
