Hi All,
I just wonder if anyone got check_radius working on Solaris, I tried but
no luck. I got Radiusclient library installed, still the check_radius.c compiling
failed, complaining no library.
Any clue would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Anyone have any ideas on how to check RADIUS services on a remote
box? I am trying to do a check_udp command modified to send data on
udp port 1645 (which is one of the ports that my RADIUS box is
listening on) but I got no data back. My assumption here is that the
RADIUS box only sends a response to a specific query type and not
just a "hey are you listening" query.

Use the check_radius plugin that is distributed with the standard
plugins. You must have the radius client libs installed before compiling
the plugins. From the REQUIREMENTS file --
check_radius:
- Requires the radiusclient library available from
http://www.cityline.net/~lf/radius/
RPM (rpmfind): radiusclient-0.3.1-1, radiusclient-devel-0.3.1-1
