<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I am in the process of migrating from Nagios 1.2 to 2.4. We use the acknowledgement feature quite extensively and use it to track the acknowledgement comment left in the comment field in our ticket system. My problem is, in 2.4 the '$OUTPUT$' variable no longer returns the user comment, but instead returns the state of the service/host in the acknowledgement email.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Is there another variable for the comment, or an easy way to extract this information without modifying the source?</FONT>
