We use the acknowledgement feature quite extensively and use it to track the acknowledgement comment left in the comment field in our ticket system. My problem is, in 2.4 the '$OUTPUT$' variable no longer returns the user comment, but instead returns the state of the service/host in the acknowledgement email. Is there another variable for the comment, or an easy way to extract this information without modifying the source? Thanks. </BODY> </HTML>
