At the same time, open up a terminal window (xterm etc) and do a tail -f /var/log/apache/error.log (or wherever your apache error logs are). This will show you in realtime where you are going wrong. Also it would help if you could post the relevant portions of the error log (not the whole file) along with your post. Reposting the same problem seldom helps, our crystal balls can only see so much.
