<DIV><SPAN class=750343107-01102008><FONT face=Arial size=2>Looking for a little
confirmation or for someone to correct me. I've been playing around with a
perl script to allow sending an acknowledgement to Nagios through replying to a
host or service notification in email. I've got the script working but in
the process noticed something odd. According to the Nagios documentation
for the external command ACKNOWLEDGE_SVC_PROBLEM, setting "sticky" to 1 forces
the acknowledgement to remain until the service returns to an OK state. However,
if submitting an acknowledgement through the webui and then checking the Event
Log, placing a check next to Sticky Acknowledgement causes the "sticky" option
on the external command in the Event Log to show up as a 2. Leaving this
box unchecked allows the "sticky" option in the Event Log to show up as a
1.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
