<DIV>   new nagios which i installed recently, showing one process, looks like below</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>xxx        1224     1  0 Nov02 ?        00:00:11 /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>any idea  what is the difference. </DIV>
