receive Warning messages with the follwing additional information
"could not fetch information from server " . After restarting the agent
on the windows server everything is fine.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

solution for these unknown status ?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

time.<BR><BR>Check the windows box services setting , and check the time out and
