FW: 3d Map

I've read on this list a few times about the dot limitation in terms of
hostnames, but I have not read where that limitation stems from. Can
anyone shed some light on that for me?

Thanks.

Two things:

1) Don't use hostnames with dots in them.

2) For the time being, don't both with 3d_coords. In cgi.cfg, set
default_statuswrl_layout to *anything* but 0 (ie, set it to one of the
other
values listed, 2, 3, or 4).

Make those changes, restart nagios, and see what happens.

(Sidebar: I believe Ethan is working on correcting at least item #2.)
