No alerts/notifications ?

Hi!

 I have a wierd problem..... A host has been defines as:

define host{
        use                     generic-host            ; Name of host

Powering off the device, and leaving it off for 40 minutes gives:

But no notifications ??? Is this because of the notification interval of 480
minutes ?? The history of the device on the log is:
