Apache 2.0.52 mod_ssl MSIE statuswrl.cgi not loading

Okay, my earlier attempt at matching anything but statuswrl.cgi with a
regular expression is incorrect (I am able to hit other cgi's with
http://). I welcome anyone who has a better grasp of regular
expressions to correct me on this.
