syslog quirk

Hi all,

Just noticed something: if you configure log_file and status_file in 
conjunction with use_syslog, then messages are sent to both the log files 
as well as messages in your syslog directory!

Which is good 'cause I'm going to siphon off the syslog messages to a 
remote host (using syslog-ng).
