Refresh problem

thanks for the reply, now i have another problem that is mail 
notificatons are not working, I stop a serivce for testign but i don't 
get any mail in mail box, here the error..

its not using the /bin/mail ?

I can see there are notifcations by clicking the notification link, but 
no notification in my mail box
