It would be if it followed the '|'. The command definition should be
more like --
'...Additional Info:\n\n$SERVICEOUTPUT$" | /bin/mail -s "**...'
/bin/mail should be replaced with the path to the mail binary of course.
My guess is that configure might not have been able to find it.
