Ping problem

Hello to All

I have any problem with the check_ping 
i use in consola and it works 
./check_ping -H localhost -w 200.0,20% -c 500.0,60% 
PING OK - Packet loss = 0%, RTA = 0.08 ms

but in the nagios ping service in my web browser not work
/bin/ping -n -U -c 5 localhost
?????
this line en console is

 ??? any things
