Monitoring Mirrored Disks in Windows NT/2000

Has anyone figured out a way to monitor physical drive failures on a
Windows NT or Windows 2000 Server using Nagios?  We have several NT/2000
Servers where the C: Drive is Mirrored (RAID 1) via Software (NT
Software Mirroring in Disk Administrator) using 2 Disks.
