Mail Notification problems

I just upgraded my Nagios from 1.0b3 t0 1.0b5 and everything went well
except when notifications are sent to send mail the spooler rejects it with
an access denied message.  Has any one else experienced this problem?

I am running FreeBSD 4.6 and sendmail 8.12.5
