nagios-plugins-1.3.0 error during make all

Installed Nagios, trying to install plugins ... on AIX dm05 3 4 
0041C9BA4C00, I have perviously been administering NetSaint 7 on another 
node but did not install it.

following ... /usr/local/nagios/libexec/nagios-plugins-1.3.0>make all
