Dependencies

Hello,
  Can somebody tell me how the dependencies work?

The dependencies.cfg is :
define servicedependency{
        host_name                       cnet0000
        service_description             nrpe
        dependent_host_name             cnet0001
        dependent_service_description   PROCS
        execution_failure_criteria      c
        notification_failure_criteria   c
        }

but don't work.
