Probme in output of CHECK_MAILQ

Hey evbdy,

I'm getting difficulty in configuring check_mailq.
while executing check_mailq it is giving o/p with with two additional 
unnecessary messages
as mentioned below
----------- o/p of   /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_mailq -w 10 -c 12 
-------------
Duplicate specification "Warning=i" for option "warning"
Duplicate specification "Critical=i" for option "critical"
OK: mailq is empty|unsent=0;10;12;0
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

while viewing o/p through check_nrpe it is giving error of
CHECK_NRPE: Error receiving data from daemon.
which is due to two unnecessary lines in beginning of output ..
pl guide me how to resolve it ..
