Considering the fact that you're trying to feed an ELF binary into the
perl interpreter, I would have to say that it is indeed normal behaviour.
I told you quite clearly that you need to make sure that the nagios
cgi's are *NOT* run by mod_perl. It appears you didn't listen then, so I
doubt you will now.
