Conection refused at NRPE

Hi 
I have a problem with Connetion refused between Nagios NRPE client at
Linux and Nagios NRPE_NT daemon at Windows. I have a personal plugin in
Perl wich makes some tasks on the Windows machine. But it doesn't matter
cause it works. Problem is between cliet and daemon. Sometimes Nagios
client notify about Connection refused. There's nothing in Nagios daemon
logs about starting connection from client at that moment. It means
client don't "reach" of daemon's port at the Windows at that time. 
Both machines are in the same network segment, both are dedicated to do
this role. I'm using NRPE_NT - 0.7.f
I tried to change port but without success?
Where should be the problem ?
