nagios and graphing

Hi

I have setup nagiosgraph. it creates the rrd files. but does not show the graph
Nor does it show anything in /var/log/nagiosgraph.log.

On the services  defined in service detail i have a small graph icon..
when i click the icon it opens service state information but no graph.
