Some relevant scripts and configuration for NSCA

Nagios server: runs the nsca daemon, listens for send_nsca
Remote host(s): runs "send_nsca", sends to nagios server

The "send_nsca" side is responsible for formating everything correctly.
The nsca daemon will happily accept anything, but will simply toss out 
anything without proper formatting and matching hosts/services.
