Hi,
you can use nc_net or nsclient :
NC_Net V1_x
LAST UPDATE 7/16/05 NC_Net is a drop in replacement for Ns_Client, that
can do both Active and Passive checks. Some of the other enhancements:
EVENT Log Checks, WMI Query, Enumeration commands, as well as remote
configuration of passive checks.
NsClient
This addon has been developed to get vital information from Windows
NT/2000/XP servers (CPU load, memory usage, disk usage, service states,
processes, and performance data).
Have a look on :

servers [Virengeprueft]
I have been asked to investigate how our Nagios server can monitor Windows
servers in our network. I have been monitoring only linux boxes so far.
We would like to monitor processes, disk, memory, network etc.
I would like to hear about your experiences. Any guidance welcome
