The newest version of NC_NEt requires DOt Net Framework 2.0 and is on
SourceForge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/nc-net

I have had some setbacks this past month that have prevented me from merging
in some tested upgrades to NC_NEt.

version 1.X and 2.X of NC_NEt uses the Do Net Framework 1.1
