Now that I look at it, it looks like the down e-mails that didn't have
corresponding recovery e-mails were delayed for some reason (by about 15
minutes). So perhaps I'm just reading this out of order. I have on
clue why that would happen.
The messages' headers should be able to tell you were they got stuck.
