No nagios.cmd after upgrade to apache 2.2.6

I solved finally, there is not a permission problem, but a process
problem... after a upgrade of apache... some nagios process are already
running after my /etc/init.d/nagios stop/restart.
an "/etc/init.d/nagios stop" follow by "killall -9 nagios" fix all.
