Nagios Web Interface Times Out

Hello all,

 

For some reason, recently when I've tried to submit downtime or anything
for that matter via the web interface, it times out.  I'm logged in as
nagiosadmin and haven't made any permissions changes.  Tried doing
several reboots to see if that would fix the issue.  

 

Any ideas?
