Sounds to me like you've got a really busy box there. Maybe. Could be
your network.
You're probably going to do some basic troubleshooting to see what's
going on. There are a billion different things that can cause slow
response times, and without any information about your system it's not
likely a third party is going to be able to pinpoint where your problem is.
